Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using USPS. There is a flat rate for domestic shipping and international shipping. Please allow 4-6 weeks for domestic delivery.

International shipping flat rate does not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We will not falsely report on an item's value to help avoid these fees. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items can sometimes get tied up in customs. When we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package on USPS.com. The linked page will contain up-to-date information until the package leaves the US, after which it will not be updated until the package has been either delivered or returned to the US. Sometimes it is possible to check on the package’s whereabouts by tracking it via the foreign delivery agent.


Lost/Damaged Items

If you item is lost or damaged keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email cheyennerandallinfo@gmail.com to let us know about any damage ASAP.
If possible, include photos.


Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied, call or email us to arrange a return within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to
anyone at our discretion.
