Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using USPS. There is a flat rate for domestic shipping. Please allow 4-6 weeks for domestic delivery.

If you do not receive your package within 4-6 weeks please contact us. You will receive an autogenerated email when your package ships with tracking information. Please be sure to fill out all of your information at check out correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or emails once you place your order as all of these fields are pulled automatically based on the information that you provide.

We are not responsible for stolen mail. If your mail is labeled “lost” with the USPS we will do our best to work with USPS to retrieve the package and resend it to you at no charge.

We are no longer offering International shipping! If you have ordered with us in the past and you are familiar with all the risks and cost involved please shoot us an email and we can get it going for you.


Damaged Items

If your item is damaged keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email cheyennerandallinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to let us know about any damage ASAP. Please include details photos of packaging and damaged item as we will need these for USPS insurance purposes. Please note that we will not be able to make a claim on your item and are not responsible for any damage after 14 days.


Care Instructions

Care for prints:

We recommend taking your print directly to a framer of your choice. We are not responsible for damages caused by reckless unpacking or handling.

Care for shirts:

Wash shirts inside out with cold water and similar colors. Lay flat or hang dry. Do not bleach.
